What is Pretty Chic Towel Service?

Pretty Chic Towel Service was created by a salon operations manager who became frustrated with salon towel inventory and the ability to find a towel service in the city of Chicago that catered to small businesses. 

As a result, Pretty Chic Towel Service was born!  We provide weekly, bi-weekly, and same day towel services to beauty businesses.  It's simple -  We wash. We fold. We deliver. 

why should I use a towel service?

For some salon businesses using a towel service is actually more cost effective than laundering in-house when you consider the costs of time, electricity, equipment maintenance, detergent, dryer sheets, team frustration, etc. 

Not to mention you'd be ridding yourself and your team of the tedious task of washing and folding laundry.

Do you only service hair salons?

While hair salons make up majority of our customer base, we also service barber shops, nail salons, spas, salon suites, restaurants, condominiums, and fitness gyms.

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently pick-up and deliver in Chicago only.  If you would like service outside of Chicago, please contact us and complete our Customer Inquiry Form.  We will try our best to accommodate your location.

Do you supply the towels, or do I?

We encourage you to provide your own towels for service.  However, towels can be rented weekly or bi-weekly.  Contact us for towel rental pricing. 

 

Where do you clean the towels and what cleansing solutions do you use?

In our 1000sq ft facility equipped with brand new energy efficient LG washers and Speed Queen commercial dryers. We care for your laundry using gentle cleansing detergent with the following benefits:

  • Dermatologist tested for sensitive skin

  • Free of dyes

  • Hypoallergenic Fresh Scent

Will my towels be washed with other salon towels or separately? 

To ensure accurate towel management for all our accounts we never mix laundry.  Let's be honest, the cost of salon towels aren't cheap - so we return exactly what we pick-up from your salon. 

How do I know if my business should use weekly or bi-weekly service?

Weekly service is suggested for businesses with fewer than 250 towels on hand.  Bi-weekly service is highly recommended if you have more than 250 towels in inventory.   This ensures consistent pick-up and delivery and eliminates days of soiled laundry remaining in your salon.

How much does service cost?

All service costs can be found on our Pricing Menu (price reflects service cost, delivery fees, and tax).

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash.  Payment is invoiced monthly or expected at time of delivery. 

What if I want to cancel or reschedule my service?

If you need to cancel a pick-up or delivery for any unforeseen reason, please call us as soon as possible at 708.801.8872. 

If you receive weekly or bi-weekly services and would like to cancel service, we ask that you give us 7 days notice for cancellation.  There are no fees to cancel service.
